Welcome to It’s a Nerdventure! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the It’s a Nerdventure website, including www.itsanerdventure.com, and your purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.
1. About It’s a Nerdventure
It’s a Nerdventure is an independently operated U.S.-based online apparel and merchandise brand.
We create and sell original apparel and merchandise inspired by gaming, nerd culture, nostalgia, and the things that make being a nerd an adventure.
Our products are primarily produced, printed, and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners located in various locations.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through our store.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our website or purchase products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, browser, or other display settings. Because our products are produced through third-party manufacturing and printing processes, minor variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance may occur.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. Made-to-Order Products
Most products purchased through It’s a Nerdventure are made to order.
This means that your item is produced specifically after your order is placed rather than being pulled from a warehouse of pre-existing inventory.
Because of this business model, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or decides that they do not like the product after receiving it.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and available sizing information carefully before placing an order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, production limitations, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax and other charges may be added to your order as required by law.
We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, or other inadvertent errors on the website. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid for using an available payment method at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. It’s a Nerdventure does not directly store complete payment-card information.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Our products are produced and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be presented during the checkout process when applicable.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or otherwise experiencing a delivery problem, please contact us at itsanerdventure@gmail.com and we will work with you and, when appropriate, our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to determine what can be done.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems
Because our products are generally made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or simply deciding that you do not like the product.
We also do not offer exchanges as a standard policy.
However, we want you to be happy with your order.
If there is a problem with your order—including a damaged item, manufacturing defect, printing error, incorrect item, or other fulfillment-related issue—please contact us at itsanerdventure@gmail.com.
We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with the appropriate manufacturing or fulfillment partner to determine the best resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
When a replacement is issued for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced item, you may be instructed to keep the original item rather than return it.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem with your order. We may request photographs or other information so that we can document the issue and work with our production partner.
Sale and Final-Sale Items
Products identified as sale, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
10. Preorders
From time to time, It’s a Nerdventure may offer products for preorder.
Preorder products may have different production and shipping timelines than standard products. Any applicable preorder information, estimated production dates, or shipping windows will be communicated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Preorder dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, supply-chain, shipping, or other circumstances.
If a preorder is materially delayed or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate with affected customers regarding available options.
11. Customer Reviews, Photos, and Social Media Content
We love seeing our community enjoying their It’s a Nerdventure products.
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content to us, or publicly share content featuring our products while tagging #BeINVd, you may give us permission to repost or feature that content on our website, social media accounts, marketing materials, or other It’s a Nerdventure channels.
We will not claim ownership of your original content simply because you shared it with us.
By voluntarily submitting content directly to us for potential use, you represent that you have the necessary rights to the content and that our use of it as described above will not violate the rights of another person.

12. Intellectual Property
The It’s a Nerdventure name, branding, logos, original artwork, designs, graphics, written content, photographs, videos, and other original materials associated with the store are owned by or used with permission by It’s a Nerdventure and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our original designs, artwork, branding, or other protected materials without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a license to use It’s a Nerdventure intellectual property beyond what is reasonably necessary to use our website and purchase our products.
13. Third-Party Services
Our store relies on third-party services and providers to support various aspects of our business, including website hosting, payment processing, product manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services.
